Sharlene Henry, Broker/Owner, of Sharlene Henry Real Estate, LLC, grew up with a background in sales and a few tips ingrained in her from her father. He always told her, “You could talk to a fence post”, therefore, she chose the same career path in sales and has been applying those tips on “building relationships and treating each client as if the sale was her own personal purchase”.
Sharlene has an educational background in business administration from East Central College and received her real estate license in 2002. She earned the Graduate of Real Estate Institute designation and the Military Relocation Professional Certification to with VA Home Loans and Disabled Service Members and Veterans.
Her related work experience through the years has contributed to her success as a real estate broker beginning with her work in the Assessor’s Office on the Equalization Program on mapping in Crawford County as well as researching and platting legal descriptions. In addition to the financial knowledge gained as a Real Estate Loan Closer with FCNB, has provided Sharlene with a vast amount of knowledge of the real estate process and what is necessary for a smooth transaction.
