Sharlene has been our agent for about 5 years. We had a undeveloped lake lot listing & she did everything right to help sell this property for us. As we lived about 80 miles from Indian Hills in Cuba, MO. , she kept an eye on the property & even helped find someone to mow the grass, move a damaged dock & overall handyman to help remove some items no longer needed. Her fresh personality & genuine concern for our listing could never be matched in my opinion. Her knowledge of the real estate market helped us with pricing & her patience is to be commended. Needless to say we were exceptionally happy in all our dealings with her.
